Oil Pure Filtration Unit



The Oil Pure is a portable and compact filtration and dehydration unit equipped with filters designed to remove large quantities of free and emulsified water, and particulates.


Whether it's for high ambiant humidity applications or for mobile and heavy duty applications, with our available adaptors (some with a metal reinforced base), Fisco Inc. breathers can be installed on virtually any existing reservoir.

Three types of elements are available for our Oil Pure Filtration Unit:

  • 1. Dirt Element Removal:

    • This element has two filtration stages and 115 sq. ft. of filtration area.

    Stage 1: Cellulose 10 microns.

    Stage 2: Borosilicate glass fiber, 1 micron nominal, 5 microns absolute.

    • PVC molded end caps with inner and outer steel support
    • Element dirt holding capacity: 1,134 grams

  • 2. Dirt & Water Removal Element:

    • This element has three filtration stages for both water and solid contaminants.

    Stage 1: 10 microns impregnated cellulose for dirt removal.

    Stage 2: Open cell absorbent polymer for water removal.

    Stage 3: Borosilicate glass fiber, 5 microns absolute polishing.

    • PVC molded end caps with inner and outer steel support
    • Element dirt holding capacity: 284 grams
    • Water absorption: 2.2 US gallons

  • 3. Water Based & Synthetic Oil Element:

    • This is a single stage element.

    • PVC molded end caps
    • Pleated screen support outside & perforated tube inside
    • 3 microns borosilicate glass media
    • Element dirt holding capacity: 1,200 grams
